END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between YOU
(individual or entity) and ARImetic for the uDiscMounter software,
including the computer program, electronic materials, and related documentation
("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

1. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
---------------------------------------------
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
It is licensed, NOT sold. All ownership rights remain with ARImetic.

2. TRIAL LIMITATION (FREE VERSION)
---------------------------------------------
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided as a LIMITED FREE TRIAL with the following restrictions:

- Maximum usage of 50 (Fifty) operations only.
- Limited to 1 (one) virtual drive only.
- Additional virtual drives cannot be created or added in trial mode.
- Some features may be restricted or disabled.

After reaching the trial limit, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will no longer function fully
until it is activated.

3. FULL VERSION & ACTIVATION
---------------------------------------------
To unlock full functionality of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you must purchase and activate
a valid serial number provided by ARImetic.

Full version includes:
- Unlimited usage beyond trial limits
- Ability to add multiple virtual drives
- Full access to all features

Without activation, the software remains in trial mode.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You MUST NOT:
- rent, lease, or loan the SOFTWARE PRODUCT;
- sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer it;
- redistribute or publish it without written permission from ARImetic.

License transfer is allowed only if:
1. You retain no copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT;
2. You transfer the full product and this EULA;
3. The recipient agrees to this EULA.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the license.

5. GRANT OF LICENSE

You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on unlimited computers,
both personal and office use, as long as it complies with this EULA.

Trial limitations still apply until activation.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
---------------------------------------------
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind.

ARImetic does not guarantee that the software will run on all systems
or in all environments.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
---------------------------------------------
ARImetic shall not be liable for any damages including:
- loss of data
- loss of profits
- business interruption
- or any other damages arising from use or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Users are advised to test the software using non-critical data.
